Hello Traders is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return goods purchased from hellotraders.lk (the “Website”) and request a refund.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Timeframe: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified.

Condition: Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Refundable Items:

Personalized or custom-made goods.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable content).

Goods unsealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics).

Services (e.g., consulting or coaching) once they have been fully performed.

  1. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@hellotraders.lk with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Refund Process

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will not incur fees for the refund.

Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in a used or damaged condition, at our discretion.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@hellotraders.lk. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  1. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@hellotraders.lk. If the order has already shipped, it is subject to the return process above.

Prepaid services (e.g., subscriptions) may be canceled within a 7-day cooling-off period from the purchase date, provided the service has not been used.

  1. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act of Sri Lanka or, for EU customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
